Stephen has managed projects in a variety of sectors ranging in value from £100k to £140m using differing forms of procurement routes from Traditional to Design & Build.
Most recently Stephen has successfully completed a number of Mixed use, Hotel and Residential projects for various Operators and Developers.
Phil has worked in the industry for over 30 years and is our Senior Quantity Surveyor.
He has a wide experience and knowledge of building methods and types of building contract and procurement. His project experience includes, bespoke residential housing, social housing, commercial, healthcare/hospitals, schools, colleges, sports and community buildings.
Phil is a good communicator and works well within a team and is a positive asset to any project and design team.
Caroline joined the team in 2015 as the office administrator and ensures the smooth day to day running of the office. She provides administration support to the Quantity Surveying and Project Management Team whilst also handling the day to day enquiries.
She is an experienced administrator working for over 20 years in office management with a large national company.
David has extensive experience within the construction and project management fields,covering 20 years. He has a strong technical background and proven planning,organisational,budgetary and communication skills.
