Therefore we see the implementation and administration of the contract as a key role vital to the success of the project. Our project managers are very experienced in this field and regularly administer Contracts on our client’s behalf. This ensures that the key parameters of cost, quality and program are achieved whether under a traditional or a design and build contract arrangement. Often these services can be provided as an extension to our project management /quantity surveying role.
