Wilstone Wharf – canal side development

A unique collection of eight contemporary canal side, residential properties including substantial external works & landscaping located in the village of Wilstone, close to the market town of Tring in Hertfordshire.

This is our second project as quantity surveyors and contract administrators with the developer, included full cost planning and a tendering process which was completed by ourselves on behalf of the clients.

The scheme also included clearance of site contamination, piled raft foundation solution, bridge and canal side retention works. A thorough tender analysis of all tender returns, contractor interviews and a value engineering exercise was completed before a main contractor was appointed. Regular site visits and meetings were carried out.
