This project involved the site clearance and construction of three number prime residential three bed townhouses with garages with associated external works.
We are pleased to provide Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services for Amara Properties.
Services include the provision of detailed cost plans, sub-contract package procurement, valuations and final accounts, monthly drawdown applications and valuations to the Project Financiers and cash flow forecasts.
