This project involved the site clearance and demolition of existing properties and the construction of four new build townhouses with associated external works, located within a prime residential area of Watford. Site activities include substantial reduced level excavation and contiguous piled retaining walls.

We are pleased to provide Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services for Amara Properties.

Services include the provision of detailed cost plans, sub-contract package procurement, valuations & Final accounts, monthly drawdown applications & valuations to the Project Financiers and cash flow forecasts.

Project commenced Summer 2022 and due to complete mid 2023.
