We were pleased once again to be selected by Amara Properties to provide Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services on this high quality, new build residential development.

The project involved site clearance, demolition and construction of eight residential properties, garages and associated site infrastructure. Again, as another Amara Property project this is finished to a very high quality & specification and includes the use of Air Source Heat Pumps to all units.

The construction programme is 15-months with a completion date of September 2021 with early handover of a Show Home. We are providing a number of services during the contract period which has included production and maintenance of pre-contract procurement programme, construction programmes, outline cost plans, preparation of sub-contractors’ tender documents, issue, review of returns and recommendation to appoint.
