A new residential development of 15 houses and 6 apartments finished to a high specification, close to Hemel Hempstead town centre in Hertfordshire. Works also includes extensive infrastructure works on a complex sloping site including Thames Water diversion works.
We were appointed by the client to provide Cost Consultancy, Project Management & Contract Administration services. A full and complete tender process was completed by ourselves on behalf of the client, including value engineering, appointment and administration of the main contractor. Work commenced on site in February 2021 and completion is programmed for early 2022.
Regular site visits and valuations are planned during the period of the works to ensure completion to programme and budget.
