This project involved the demolition of existing structures on the site and constructions of eight high end residential dwellings, comprising two semi-detached, three detached and three terraced 3 and 4 bedroom units complete with associated external works in a prime residential area of Cockfosters.
We are pleased to provide Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services for Amara Properties.
Services include the provision of detailed cost plans, sub-contract package procurement, valuations and final accounts, monthly drawdown applications and valuations to the Project Financiers and cash flow forecasts.
Project commenced December 2022 and due to complete 2023.
