Barn Conversion, Maulden, Bedfordshire

A refurbishment and remodelling project of an existing barn conversion in a rural location in the village of Maulden, Bedfordshire.

The historic barn conversion has been tastefully designed by the Architects and the original features such as the oak beams were preserved to allow new modern features to complement one another.

We worked closely with the client during the contract period to include pre-contract cost planning, procurement of Main Contractor and full post tender services.
