A 2012 project working with Amara Properties providing Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services on this high quality design residential development.
The project involved demolition of existing residential dwellings for the development of 1 detached 4/5 bed luxury house with basement and 2 No fully furnished apartments all finished to a high specification.
We provided a number of services during the contract period which included production and maintenance of pre-contract procurement programme, construction programmes, outline cost plans, preparation of sub-contractors’ tender documents, issue, review of returns and recommendation to appoint.
