Heston Blumenthal – Perfectionists Café

We were appointed by T for 2 Limited to provide Quantity Surveying Services for this unique and innovative restaurant inspired by Heston Blumenthal’s In Search of Perfection TV series.
Located at the Queens Terminal, London Heathrow Airport its aim is to provide an exceptional eating experience.

It involved the creation of a new 160 seat restaurant to include wood fired pizza oven and futuristic nitrogen ice cream parlour and kitchen/food preparation areas.

We worked closely with the client and Project Manager to procure the Contract works effectively and to a tight timescale.

There were some key issues to incorporate on such a high-profile project and in a building that had very high levels of security measures in place due its operation and prime location.

The project was a huge success and we were very pleased to be a part of this exclusive project. As you will see from the final images the finish was outstanding and to a high-quality design.
